車両予約

1. 065-9414941に電話するか、ラインID：rodtailift にメッセージを送信するか、rodtailift@gmail.com に電子メールを送信してください。
2. 製品の詳細（サイズ、重量、量）、車の使用日時、集配場所、作業員数、名前、連絡先番号をお知らせくださいよびその他のニーズ。
3. チームはお客様に費用を通知します。お客様が本サービスの利用に同意した場合車とドライバーのキューを手配するために、ジョブキューに500バーツをデポジットしてください。
4. 会社は通知します車とドライバーの登録 正確性を確認するために顧客にジョブの詳細が返されます （正しくない場合 報告してください 作業開始前。

会社が顧客に通知する情報

日付、時刻、場所、車の登録、ドライバーの詳細を車の作業キューに通知します お客様のニーズに合わせて求人通知を確認する。

車が待ち合わせ場所に到着し、商品が車に乗っているとき チームは進行状況を知らせるために写真を送信します。

トラックが目的地に商品を配達し、貨物を完成させたとき チームは写真を送信して、お客様に進捗状況を再度通知します。

Booking

1. Call 065-9414941, contact us via LINE ID: rodtailift, or send an email to rodtailift@gmail.com.
2. Provide the following details: type of items (size, weight, and quantity), date and time of service, pickup and delivery locations, number of workers needed, your name, phone number, and any additional requirements.
3. Our team will inform you of the service fee. If you agree to proceed, please confirm your booking by making a deposit of 500 THB to secure the vehicle and driver schedule.
4. We will provide you with the vehicle license plate, driver information, and job details for your confirmation. (If there are any discrepancies, please inform us before the job starts.)

Information You Will Receive from Us

• Booking confirmation including date, time, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle license plate, and driver details, based on your requirements.
• When the vehicle arrives and items are loaded, we will send you a photo update.
• After the delivery is completed and items are unloaded at the destination, we will send another photo update to confirm the job completion.
